In 2022, sungreen light undertook a custom lighting project for a sports stadium in Russia (МФК МИТИНО СПОРТ СИТИ). This is a custom lighting project that covers both commercial and decorative lighting. Thanks to years of industry accumulation, our expertise is not limited to decorative lighting. The most rewarding part of the customization process is encountering new problems and solving them.
Crescent Effect Pendant Light
Creating a specific curvature in a circular pendant light can make the light it emits from the side look as elegant as a crescent in the night sky. To achieve the ideal moonlight effect, we need to pay close attention to the angle of the arc during the shaping stage of the metal frame. Only an accurate angle can allow this pendant light to create a charming atmosphere
Glass Balloon Pendant Light
A perfect glass balloon pendant requires sufficient craftsmanship to polish. The light leakage from the colored surface coating can be resolved by thickening it. However, the thickened coating affects the lighting effect, and ensuring uniform light diffusion while eliminating light leakage is not a simple task. Through multiple tests and improvements in the operating method, we have successfully experimented with a uniform spraying plan, ensuring that each glass balloon pendant light has a perfect appearance.
Searching for Rare Small-Sized LED Drivers
Fitting an appropriate LED driver into a space of H28*D70mm was one of the challenges encountered during this project. This type of compact LED driver is almost non-existent in the market. Sungreenlight conducted extensive searches through multiple channels and finally managed to find an LED driver of the right size within a short time before the agreed delivery date. Overcoming this obstacle ensured the timely delivery of the order.
